    Canceled VIP (after playing for over 5 years)...will now leave one-star review. It's bad enough to make this horrible change, but why give us inaccurate directions to fix it?

    I have cancelled my VIP  membership. I am so disappointed that this is the way you treat your customers. I have played for over 5 years but you have ruined game play with the fast play. There is no way to disable this. VERY disappointed!

    The option to toggle off fastplay is no longer available, contrary to the message above.  You need to fix this or roll back to a previous version.  For me, it makes game play unenjoyable.

    Unless the option to toggle off Fastplay is re-instated, I like many others above, will be quitting Songpop

    The answer I got today to the question about Fastplay...soooo sad about this....:( :(

    In an effort to improve your gameplay experience we have decided to remove the option to adjust Fastplay setting. Unfortunately it was creating issues which couldn't be fix without affecting another part of the game. I apologize for any inconvenience and thank you writing in.

    This is so annoying, please fix the overlapping or you'll lose most of the people who have been a fan of songpop. I downloaded the old app and loose my VIP status and the ability to go straight to the music list I'm trying to complete. I hate it and will not play or buy anything until this is fixed.

    Well done Songpop, you have just lost a loyal fan until such time as you remove auto fast play. I have been a VIP for years but you would rather aggravate your loyal players than keep them.

     

    Feel free to apologise to my 141 opponents for me since I can no longer play your game without getting a headache either, and/or confused

    Just cancelled my VIP and sadly will be deleting. Please reconsider giving us the option to not do fast play. I’m really going to miss this game but I guess my pocketbook will be happy since I spent a lot extra on here. I got the email saying it wasn’t going to be changed but I’m hoping at some point you will reconsider. I’ll keep checking off and on. 😢😢😢😢

    Terrible decision on Fast Play. I’ll give it a couple weeks to see if you change it back. If not, I’m dropping the app and you lose my VIP payment. I’d love to hear the thought process behind this move.

    Have played SongPop for years but have now stopped as fast play ruins the game. You are clearly going to lose many players unless you allow people to use the classic version. In future it would be a good idea to consider your customers before making sweeping changes.

    Please please don't make Fastplay mandatory! It keeps you from hearing the beginning of the song as quickly as you need to in order to be competitive.  Why oh why would you remove the ability to turn this off???? Please give us the choice back in the next update, and PLEASE make it SOON!!!  You are going to lose a lot of players because it ruins the fun and competition.

    Mandatory Fastplay is terrible, and makes the game I have played daily for over 5 years unplayable. Please let me know when you fix this terrible "upgrade", until then, I'm done with SongPop.

    The directions to discontinue fast play do not work as there is not an option to turn off anymore!! For the love of God fix this problem!

    Vote with your gameplay if you are truly against this forced change to Fast Play.

    Turn the sound down

    Insta click every single answer in every single game

    Play a tonne more games than you usually do and hopefully overload the system further until your VIP runs out and Songpop get the message that they have ruined our fun, so let's ruin theirs.

    This change has been made to entice new players, at the expense of the old so let's just see how many new people and how much money they attract to the game when we all play like its bingo ;)

    My thoughts entirely. I made my comments over a week ago. Yet nothing back from SongPop. All I have had is silly questionnaires from them rating them on there customer service. Lol. I am very surprised they don’t listen to there customers who pay for this. All my subs have been cancelled and I know my fellow players have done the same. Surely the way to hit them is stop paying and then they will see there revenue fall.

    Please take this damn thing off. It is distracting and I have a hard time getting the next song figured out because the last one is still playing. I loved that there was a pause between songs so that my brain could differentiate between the songs playing. This suck big time. I may as well delete the damn app.

    I really hope the providers are listening. The responses from them to date suggest not. After playing this for five years, I’m waiting for the next update. If that doesn’t fix the problem, i’ll drop VIP. Ultimately I’ll drop the App altogether.

    Annoying the customers is not exactly a brilliant business model.

    Hi everybody. For those that don’t like fast play, I use my desktop to play. You can shut off fast play in favor of the classic mode on your desktop. I just did it. If you have a desktop, try it.

    I don't like playing on a desktop or laptop. I want to play on my phone when it is convenient for me to play. I would love to know if the game is ever fixed so that I can play again.

    Thank you Songpop for your complete ineptitude in making this change. In a single email you say it is to improve our gameplay experience but also because it is too hard a fix to keep both classic and fast play active. So which is it?

    I hope you are already seeing the downturn in players and VIP subscribers, mine ends in a month upon which time I will be deleting your once fine game. Fast play sucks, what don't you comprehend? Or have you made enough money now to simply not care?

    To all those opposed to this change prime your lists, don't finish the power up and badge giving lists unless you need the rewards, leave them around 100 out from the end and if they change things back then finish them. I for one am finishing not a single list more until Songpop come to their senses.

    PS thanks for the part where if I finish a list or level even I am forced to listen to an extended play of the song that got me there. Was so much fun listening to Livin' La Vida Loca continue on and on simply because you give us no other choice not to. Can hardly wait until Mambo No.5 or Wannabe pop up....idiots!

    I have cancelled all my Vip and got a refund from itunes for a recent purchase and i submitted a form saying why too..

    I am shocked songpop have not even replied back or reverted the old system back.

    SHAME.
