As of January 13, 2023, parties can be accessed through the new Special tab. In order to access this tab, players must have a linked SongPop account. Please note that you do not need a subscription, all players can access this tab as long as they have a linked SongPop account.
You can check to see if you already have a linked account in Settings > Edit account > Linked SongPop Account.
For players who primarily play on the Microsoft store version of Classic, we regret to inform you that SongPop is not available on Windows.
However, we have a temporary solution for you until we can work on a better fix for this!
You can play SongPop (formerly SongPop 3) on Facebook Gaming here.
Unfortunately you will not be able to link your accounts yourself, so once you have created your account in SongPop please submit a ticket to customer support and include:
- The email address you use on your SongPop Classic account
- The email address you use on your new SongPop account (this will be the same as your Facebook email)
And we will be able to link your accounts together and you'll be able to play Classic Parties again!

I tried to link on my mobile and it said I didnt have account (which I do, and the app) then when I tried to open an account it just took me straight to game play ! I am getting seriously pissed off. Like so many others I am on the verge of scrapping Songpop altogether (which after 10 years is such a shame as I still love it but this is doing my head in now). I play the vast majority of Songpop on my PC so if I can't play Parties then thats it, tis bye bye. Why make something so simple so complicated.
And SongPop isn't in the Microsoft Store because...?
Wait-- you made the game so I can't play anymore? That is great customer service.
I've previously had experience with songpop customer service. They're a joke as no one knows anything, very frustrating.
JAZMEL ARE YOU READING ANY OF THIS???????? Terrible instructions since I do not have "Edit Account" in SongPop Classic because I need to link a different account. I cannot do that either because every time I try to link an account, the only account that will come up as an app is Classic. Is anyone going to respond to any of this or is it just so people can vent to the void? I've played nearly 10 years. Do you really want to get rid of all your long-term players? Is that your point? Out with older people, in with younger people. Discrimination much? Idiots.
I do not have an edit account setting.
Why is there no real customer service to talk us through this?
I attempted to work around link account by doing it on my mobile phone. It kept insisting that I delete an account first, so I assumed that meant the new songpop I installed for linking. Now I've lost over 10 years of play! All my game partners, tickets, liked songs... I'm very upset. Please help me get it back!
