We’re sorry to hear that you’re having issues with rewarded videos. Please read on for help with few issues you may be experiencing.
It says that there are no rewarded videos available/no videos are loading!
The availability of rewarded videos is dependent on supply from advertisers, so there may be times when there unfortunately isn’t a rewarded video ready for viewing. In addition, there is a minimum of five minutes between watching rewarded videos, so if you just watched one you will have to take a quick break before watching another. In any case, always be sure to check back later as there likely will be something available soon! If you for some reason are consistently unable to view rewarded videos, please do submit a ticket to our support letting us know!
I watched a rewarded video but didn’t get my reward!
You likely will not get a notification or specific indication regarding your reward, so be sure to note how many tickets you have before watching the video- your reward should automatically be added to your total soon after completing the video. In the event you are quite certain you have not received the reward for a video you watched, please let us know by submitting a ticket (we have a specific form for this issue). There is a lot of technical jargon that goes into making sure rewarded videos work properly and we of course don’t intend to leave you without your well-deserved reward! We will ask you for things like the device you were using as a few other points of confirmation (it helps if you remember and let us know what the video you watched was!) and make sure you get your reward.
